The RV is powered by a 6.8 v10 engine and Heavy duty 6 speed automatic transmission This was a top of the line chassis and engine for the gas motors of the year. Next step up would have been a diesel pusher with a smaller chassis. It runs and drives great. Lots of storage for long distance road trips.
